  • 2.Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your account, your Customer Success Manager can guide you through the process and address any questions or concerns you might have. 

  • 3.Website or Company Changes: If there are changes to your website domain, company name, or other related aspects, reach out to your Customer Success Manager to ensure these updates are smoothly integrated. 

  • 4.Account Information: Whether it's general account information or specific questions about your plan, your Customer Success Manager is your dedicated resource.

For Trial Account Users: Exploring Your Options 

If you're currently using a Shakespeare trial account, it's important to be aware that these accounts are set to expire after 7 days. However, if you've been in touch with a Shakespeare Sales Representative during your trial, you have additional options: 

  • Contact Your Sales Representative: If you've been discussing your trial with a Sales Representative, they can provide insights into upgrading your plan or continuing your journey with Shakespeare. 

For those who haven't had prior contact with a Sales Representative, it's still possible to explore your options: 

  • Reach Out to Shakespeare Sales: For trial users without prior contact with a Sales Representative, our Sales team is available to answer your questions and help you navigate your next steps.
