Step 1.In your Shakespeare account, click your account name in the top right corner, then select 'Billing Tab.' 

Step 2.Update Payment Method: You should see an option to "Upgrade Plan". Click on it. 

Select Plan: Click on the plan you want to upgrade to. 

Save Changes: After entering the new details, look for a "Save" button. Click it to save your changes. 

Confirmation: You should see a confirmation message indicating that you've successfully upgraded your plan.  

Contact your bank to authorize charges from Shakespeare. 

Attempt to make the payment in a private browser or after clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

Step 1.Log In: Begin by logging into your Shakespeare account using your username and password. 

Step 2.Access the Login Page: Click here to access the Shakespeare login page. 

Step 3.Dashboard: After successfully logging in, you'll find yourself on your account dashboard. 

Step 4.Account Settings: In the menu, locate and click on "Settings” and click on “billing tab”. 

Step 5.Cancellation: Within the Account Settings, you'll find the option to "Cancel Subscription." Click on this option. 

Step 6.Confirmation: You might be asked to confirm your decision for security purposes. 

Step 7.Follow the Prompts: Follow the on-screen prompts that will guide you through the cancellation and account deletion process. 

Step 8.Final Confirmation: You will likely receive a final confirmation message, warning you that your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. If you're certain about your decision, confirm your choice. 

Step 9.Goodbye: Your account and subscription will be canceled, and your account will be permanently deleted.
