Update your payment method and billing contacts 

Here are the steps to upgrade payment details to your Shakespeare account. 

Upgrading Payment Methods and Billing details, any user with Modify billing permissions can make changes.  

To edit an existing payment method, follow these steps: 

  • Step 1.In your Shakespeare account, click your account name in the top right corner, then select 'Billing Tab.' 

 

 

  • Step 2.Update Payment Method: You should see an option to "Upgrade Plan". Click on it. 

 

 

  • Select Plan: Click on the plan you want to upgrade to. 

  • Save Changes: After entering the new details, look for a "Save" button. Click it to save your changes. 

  • Confirmation: You should see a confirmation message indicating that you've successfully upgraded your plan.  

 

 

Step 3.Troubleshooting Credit Card Declines If your credit card is declined when making a payment, try these troubleshooting steps: 

  • Contact your bank to authorize charges from Shakespeare. 

  • Attempt to make the payment in a private browser or after clearing your browser's cache and cookies. 

  • If the issue persists, reach out to Shakespeare Support.  

How to Cancel Your Subscription and Delete Your Account

  • Step 9.Goodbye: Your account and subscription will be canceled, and your account will be permanently deleted.
